Andreina Costanzi Cobau

Andreina Costanzi Cobau received her degree in 1983 from the Central Restoration Institute (ICR) in Rome in conservation of mural paintings, and paintings on canvas and on wood. She still believes in her profession, which she started in 1980 with Roberto Nardi. In the CCA she is in charge of documentation and public outreach.
In 2004, she received the Keck Award (IIC, London) for “Open for Restoration” – the best public awareness-raising campaign during a conservation treatment with an open worksite.
She has been a member of the International Committee for the Conservation of Mosaics (ICCM) since 1985.
